A tangram is a 2000-year-old Chinese tile-laying game. It consists of seven geometric shapes that are formed by cutting up a square.
This idea inspired us to create a new trio of postcards, set from Futura ornaments, printed on MetaPaper Eco Fibre Cream 320 g/m² in the Day-Glo colors magenta, yellow and lime.
The paper consists of 30% straw fiber and 70% FSC certified fiber. Straw fiber is much more stable than, for example, grass fiber and much stiffer compared to wood fiber. This gives the material great strength. With straw, a renewable raw material is used, which adds a sustainable type of fiber to the raw material base. The stalk that remains, after the grain has been harvested, is used, which improves the ecological balance.
